Albert Huynh was born in Saigon, Vietnam, in 1976, and grew up in Lyon, France. He started painting at the age of twelve, and has had a few exhibitions in the past ten years, mainly in Lyon. He studied at the University of Lyon, and at Ecole des Beaux Arts of Saint-Etienne (France). He works mostly with acrylics and mixed media, on paper, cardboard, wood, and canvas. His favourite painters are the French Pierre Soulages and the Chinese Zao Wou Ki.
